in this Interview, she spoke with us about the life, passions and favorites.
★FW: what are your names?
Onyeabo Justina
★FW: And how would u
describe yourself as an artiste?
I am a hiphop, R&B, and Dance Hall artist. A graduate of Business Administration, LASU
2011. Born and brought up in Lagos state. Though from Ana-Nri Local Govt area,
Enugu state. Been in the music industry since 2005.
★FW: what inspired you to Choose music as a career?
Music has always been my number 1 passion. So taking it as a career was never a
big deals for me. I could remember rite form primary school to my graduating days;
I was always in a music society or a choir. Even when my vocal wasn't strong. I
was not a born singer as many would claim. But I groomed my voice and got
better over d years. Because this has always been my passion, it is what I find
fulfillment in doing. Music helps me express myself better when word fails. I am
sure u understands. In music I feel am really taking ova d world. In 2010, I came out with a single ABC Luv, which received massive
airplays. And d video as well was shot in 2013, I dropped another single- Take
Over d World, which really took over the music scene. The video and audio was
well promoted.
Wow! The take over the world
single was indeed massive… I like it "And u may be taking over the
music world"
★FW: Are u presently signed to a
record label or u chose to thread on an independent part?
I am not yet signed to a record label but am working presently with a team, Country Flag Music, and we are working on the Brand 'J-tina' for now.

★FW: Is J-Tina the first artiste

Yeah
★FW: Have u collaborated with any
'A-list' artiste or are u presently working on a song with any?
Yeah, I have songs I collaborated with other good Naija artists. Let me not say 'top' artists. But they are good. I did shows with Nnena, the lady in Mode9's cry. Also a Rap wit Tony Young, the guy behind Country Flag music and I am working presently with Kesh Ofuobi on a song. And there are lots of other artists I have collaborated with. Just look out for the album because it would b dropping before the year ends by d grace of God.

I really can't wait to start dancing...
★FW: Tell me, if u had to work
with anyone in d industry, who would it be and why?
If I have to work with an 'A List' Nigerian artist I will say 2face and Waje. These people inspire me a lot when I listen to them sing. They take u to their own world when they sing and that is the beauty of music. Being able to express yourself and let people feel what you are feeling.

I must admit, u have good
lyrical preference.
Thank you :)
★FW: Have any of these people influence the lyrics in any of your songs?
Not really, but I will say listening to them sing makes me want to be a better musician. Groom my voice and have good and positive lyrics.
